Golden Eagle Cutlery is manufacturered in Their, France, the cutlery captial of France for the past 800+ years. Each blade is made from high carbon stainless with chromium, molybdenum and vnadium added to create a super tough edge that’s very easy to sharpen. The unique steel chemistry, expert tempering, and a perfect edge grinding combine to provide a lasting, tough, corrosion resistant edge that will last for years and never chip. Golden Eagle Cutlery uses Bubingo (African Rosewood) scales for the handles, harvested from renewable forests. The handles are then riveted to the full tangs using three brass rivets and then capped with a solid brass bolster. These high quality materials are combined using centries old craftsmanship to create a one-of-a-kind, truly French, cutlery collection.
The collection includes: 4-inch parer; 4.5-inch steak knives; 5-inch boning knife; 6-inch chef; 6.75-inch fillet; 8-inch chef; 8-inch bread knife; 8.25-inch carver; 9-inch slicer; 10-inch ham/roast knife; 10-inch chef; 10-inch sharpener and a 13-inch fork. Each knife is individually packaged.
