A series of alternating hollows on the blade allow the introduction of air, juices, and fats helping to lubricate the blade for smooth, effortless slicing. It features Dexters SOFGRIP handle that is soft to the grip and provides great control along with slip resistance. The blade is manufactured from Dexters proprietary high carbon, high alloy, stain free DEXSTEEL and is ultra-sharp out of the package. This knife is NSF certified.
